Beat is the UK’s eating disorder charity, supporting sufferers and their families every single day.

An Honour with Hope tribute is a way to remember your loved one by creating a space where you can share your memories. You can invite people to post messages, photographs, music and videos.

By honouring your loved one with a tribute fund you can bring hope and support to families, helping them to get the services, care and guidance they deserve.

GriefChat

Using this free service you can chat directly to a specially trained bereavement counsellor Monday – Friday 9am – 9pm. The professional will listen to your story, explore how your grief is affecting you and help you to find any additional support you might need.

About Beat

Our work

Campaigning - Our voices are stronger, together. We demand real change from government to ensure everyone has access to the treatment they deserve.

Training - Our training courses equip healthcare professionals, teachers and community leaders to spot the early signs of eating disorders and help people seek treatment sooner.

Research - Further research is essential to helping us end the pain and suffering of eating disorders. We run and assist with research to learn more about what causes eating disorders and how best to treat them.

Support Services - We want no sufferer to feel alone with their eating disorder. Our support services are here to support anyone affected by eating disorders, 365 days a year.

Other ways to get involved

Beat Champions are our community of regular givers and are an essential part of our funding to ensure we can keep providing our services to people who need them.

Every person who calls Beat’s Helpline seeking advice or joins a support group to talk with people who understand what they’re going through is someone that we’re able to help because of the generosity of our donors.

Campaign for change from the NHS and government to help people access the treatment and services they deserve. Find out more about supporting our current campaigns here.

Support Services
